It is important to maintain a healthy balance between rising costs of manufacturing and margins in our operations. Every year we have tried to maintain or increase our margins by allocating capacities to ’High Unit Realization’ products or customers. Our aim is to market to higher positioned brands to serve this goal of greater margin realization per unit.

Social Commitment

We are committed to Corporate Social Responsibility by planning and executing an annual set of social programs in Aids awareness, Blood Donations and Prohibition of Child Labor. We also affiliate with various educational Institutes. We aim to do much more in the area of medical awareness for our work force, which is largely rural.In 2012, we opened an Old Age home in Kolkata for those senior citizens in search of shelter and comfort. 

Indian Presence

Brand Radhamani is recognized in global markets and we aim to reproduce this image into the B2C module in India. The company aims to focus and grow bigger in this front in the coming years with the help of launched brands such as POE, Tom Crew Club and Sons of Jpn. These three brands are in-concert, catering the different market segments in Indian menswear.
